AMC’s goal is to purchase fuels and sell liquefied natural gas, compressed natural gas, diesel fuel, and gasoline (87 octane and 91 octane) wholesale. The fuel and other petroleum products are to besold domestically as well as exported to Latin America, either free on board or costs will beassumed by the wholesaler until a shipment reaches its final destination.
AMC plans to focus its wholesale fuel sales services on emerging and
established markets to fulfill fuel supply obligations to its clients.
AMC’s intended core business activities revolve around sourcing fuel on the U.S. gulf coast and delivering the supplied fuel to clients in Latin America. AMC has the necessary financial wherewithal and logistic capabilities to develop the business. AMC’s goal is to access U.S. sources to reach previously underserved destinations other than Mexico. By doing so, AMC will maximize its position as a fuel wholesaler. AMC is committed to upholding the highest standards of operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and adherence to environmental and safety practices.
The State of Texas will be the site for the purchase, sale, and export of fuel as discussed previously, and exports will be to Latin America, emerging markets, and locales other than Mexico.
